How to Set up Aluminum Bolt / Screw truss System?

The construction method of Aluminum Stage Truss is mainly divided into the following steps:

1, First, place the four steel bases in a suitable position on the ground, and adjust the legs below to make them in a horizontal plane;

2, Insert the part under the diagonal support on the outside of the base on the four corners, and insert 4 on each corner, for a total of 16;

3.Connect 1m truss to the steel base then install hign on 1m truss.

4, Then conenct sleeve black to the 1m truss;

5. Connect all beam truss on the ground;

6. Conenct beam truss to the sleeve block and all beam truss part is assembled on the ground at this time;

7, Then conenct top pully to the end of pillar truss, hinge conenct to another end of pillar truss. now you need connect hosit to the top pully. 

8, more than one person to slowly erect the pillar truss, be careful not to push the column too hard, and then fix the screws on the top pully;

9. After the pillar truss is erected,you need conenct hoist hook to the beam truss. usually we will use belt to conenct beam truss.

10, 4 people slowly pull the hanging gourd to pull the beam truss to the left and right position of the person's head;

11.then install lighting and sound equipment on the beam;

12, 4 people pull the hanging gourd together to the predetermined height stop;

13. Tighten one end of the diagonal support and the pilalr truss, and tighten the other end and the transverse support of the base, so that the aluminum alloy frame is completed.
