Length*Width*Height=8m*8m*5m Aluminum Stage Truss System is a small truss structure. it include 4 pillars without top roof.

now let's talk about how to build the square spigot stage lighting truss.

1. Install four pieces Steel bases in the approximate position on the ground, adjust the following legs, so that it is in a horizontal plane;

2. We need to use higne when we set up pillars. so we choose 1m aluminum square truss to connect steel base first;

3. Then set the sleeve block into the 1m truss(pillar);

4. Connect the beam on the ground, all beam truss part are assembled on the ground at this time; you should conenct 3m truss to 3m truss then 2m truss. so total is 8m beam truss;

5. Connect the 8m truss(beam) with the sleeve block by the pins, round and fix into square, if there is a roof on the beam truss, please connect the top roof truss;

6. Fix the top section to the top of the pillar by the pin. then hang on the hoist on the top section;

7. Install the two active joints to the 1m truss(pillar) in the same side;

8. Connect the left pillar truss to the joints and make it up, then fixed by the pin.

9. After finishing other three pillars with 8 steps. pull the hoist to raise the beam of the truss, stop once reach to the right height. 

10. Fix the Long outrigger and short outrigger to the steel base and pillar truss.

Above steps just for setting truss structure. if you need hang on lights, speakers and Led screend you need do it before steps 9. you need install lighting and sound equipment on the beam first then raise the beam truss.
